NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Software Program Manager for its automotive software team in Bengaluru. This role is a great opportunity for experienced professionals who want to work on next-generation technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Driving, and ADAS.

In this position, you will manage the planning, development, testing, and release of NVIDIA DRIVE software solutions while working closely with global engineering and customer teams. What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage the software development and release lifecycle for NVIDIA DRIVE OS, AVOS, and NDAS programs.
• Coordinate long-term support activities for customer programs entering mass production.
• Track, prioritize, and manage technical issues, bug fixes, feature enhancements, and security patches.
• Work with engineering teams to drive root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain long-term software release and feature roadmaps.
• Coordinate with product management, engineering, and customer teams across India, Europe, the U.S., and South Korea.
• Support customers in planning and adopting new software releases.
• Oversee testing, validation, documentation, and safety certification activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for customer programs and senior leadership.
• Ensure successful product launches and timely delivery of software milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in automotive software development, preferably in ADAS or Autonomous Vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of AI, CPU/GPU architectures, and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with C++, Python, Linux/QNX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional project management.
• Good communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
